A Fantastic Brush.

Hello peeps,
Well from my last blog I haven’t even started Bubbles Are Fun as I had another image in mind and the canvas I had was too small, I want to go big on this one. So what was the image in mind? Well as you know am finding theses trees interesting to paint, so am experimenting more on theses little chaps, it involves hills trees and it’s at night. Also painting 3 is coming along nicely a load more to do on it and the other painting is still under work (box canvas one).

Lately I have been trying out new brushes and this one has become my favourite! You can do lines with extreme accuracy, thus given you sharper edges and a more complex painting (although mine a quite plane at the moment).

All canvas are wet now so wont be painting till Monday or Tuesday. I’ll be doing a David Robinson art page on FaceBook be sure to join thank you. :-D

First Blog In 2010

Hi guys,

I haven't done a blog in a few weeks I have been enjoying the holidays. As you know I have finished the big canvas and since doing it I don't think I can paint any smaller than that as you can put a lot more detail in it and I just like to paint big. I have signed the back of it and put my logo on the front, but I don't like putting the copy right logo on my paintings now so I leave that off, also I have hot glued the brushes on the back of the painting, ones that was damaged painting it as mention in a previous blog. All I need to do, is put a varnish on it. Here is a new picture of it in a better light, here you can see it's true colours, the other one was taken at night and it has made all the colours dull. I will be updating the image on my web site as well.

In other news:
College started again and we went to London to look at galleries, did not like as I don't like crowed places plus I got home sick and was missing my Ceri.
Also just bought myself a Apple laptop PowerBook G4 12" as I was sick of using Windows, don't get me wrong it does the job I just prefer Apples OS. Sorry am a Apple geek and am going on.
And last but not least, I will be starting a new painting called Bubbles Are Fun and my little piggy is in it :-D
